Shipping & Returns
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
At present, we will be using Standard Ground (4 – 6 business days, but typically arrives within 3 days). This is included with your purchase. Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery unless an additional charge is applied for next day shipping. Currently, we do not ship to US. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses, but will be expanding to those areas soon.
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
We are currently only shipping 8 ½ X 11 canvases. When we expand our products to include bigger canvases, those items shipping within the US could include an additional shipping charge due to an item’s size and weight. This charge would be based on total quantity ordered.
At this point, orders will not require a signature at time of delivery. Hence, your delivery will be left at the door if no one is at home.

When you buy a RevealX Canvas Art Kit from us you are buying a product that you yourself will turn into a piece of art. The digital image that you send us will, once Revealed, change from the digital image that you submitted to us, into a vibrant color Masterpiece that you will be proud to hang on your wall or give to someone very special as a gift.
Here at RevealX, when you send us your image, we will endeavor to turn it into a Ready to Reveal Canvas of the very highest quality. Your order and your ultimate satisfaction when you receive your order is of paramount important to us. We are proud to say that we have an impeccable quality control system in place. However, despite our best efforts, every so often an anomaly occurs and there is an issue with an order.
When this happens, we then do everything we can to right the wrong as soon as we possibly can. Thankfully it is a rare occurrence, but if it happens to you then as soon as you can we ask you contact us, so we can get you back to being a very happy customer as quick as possible.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on our products. All requests for replacements resulting from any of the listed issues must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date that the item is received. All requests to replace damaged goods must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date that the item is received. No refunds will be made available after thirty (30) days.
Unfortunately, a Ready to Reveal Canvas Art Kit is custom designed for you only, so, Refunds are not possible, but we are happy to offer multiple replacement offers.
Images and Picture Quality:
Canvas RevealX reproduces color from your digital image as closely as possible. Our process uses state of the art printing technology, that delivers a staggering 70,000,000 droplets of ink per second to the RevealX surface, at the highest resolution possible. When you receive your Canvas RevealX the color and quality you will Reveal will be more vibrant than your original digital image and will, as part of our unique Reveal process magically change it’s appearance from a digital image to a stunning oil painting.
If a RevealX art kit is lost while shipping due to a customer error when entering the shipping address or is returned to Canvas RevealX undelivered due to a customer error, we will not provide a refund for it or pay any additional shipping costs, However, we will endeavor to help re-route your shipment the to the corrected address.
Once we have received your email we will review, address, and resolve your issue in one of the following ways.
Damaged Frame – Request for a replacement should be accompanied by a picture showing the damaged area. Once we have this evidence, we will recreate your original order and send you a new Ready to Reveal Canvas Art Kit completely free of charge.
Damaged Ready to Reveal Canvas – Request for a replacement should be accompanied by a picture showing the damaged area. Once we have this evidence, we will recreate your original order and send you a new Ready to Reveal Canvas Art Kit completely free of charge.
Wrong Picture – Request for a replacement should be accompanied by a picture showing the picture as submitted in the original order. On verification of the error, we will recreate your original order and then send you a new Ready to Reveal Canvas Art Kit with your image completely free of charge.
Oil or Varnish Pen Brush Leakage - Request for a replacement should be accompanied by a picture showing the damage that has occurred resulting from the leak. Once we have this evidence, we will then send you a new Ready to Reveal Canvas Art Kit with your image completely free of charge.
